Custom CRM system for Raiffeisen Association Salzburg eGen

For the Raiffeisen Association Salzburg eGen, we have developed a CRM system that enables both simple customer consultation and all task planning for consultants, assistants and representatives.

Our client wanted to develop a CRM system that would support bank employees to consult their customers. During the project, played a key role in shaping the development of the solution through two teams, and facilitated a transfer of best practices in agile software development to the client.
