The wine industry is increasingly facing a wave of digitalization. However, a comprehensive software solution for the entire production process – from vineyard management to bottling – has been lacking until now. Existing systems were either isolated or not optimized for mobile devices, forcing winemakers to continue documenting manually and entering data later on their computers.
Winealyze's goal was to develop a cross-platform solution that works flawlessly on iOS, Android, and the web. It should enable winemakers to manage their processes digitally and have access to relevant data at any time.

The product is designed for winemakers who want to digitally plan and document the entire production process in order to gain insight into all processes later on and draw the right conclusions for future vintages.
In parallel, the application was redesigned in collaboration with a design agency and in-app purchases were implemented via the app stores.

The biggest challenge was mapping the multitude of complex workflows within the app. Ease of use was particularly important, ensuring users wouldn't need training and could get started immediately.
