About this training

In these two days you will get to know Scrum from a different angle. This workshop differs greatly from classical classroom lectures, in our training we generally use no slides, instead we make use of the latest techniques in brain research to impart knowledge: We work very interactively in small groups to practice and learn the concepts. We will discuss, hear real life stories and practical examples and also acquire knowledge by doing exercises in workgroups and contrasting the results. You will deepen your knowledge of Scrum by getting accompanied by an experienced Scrum coach.

Who should attend?

This training is intended primarily for Product Owners as well as people who want to deal with agile software development from the perspective of requirements and planning of agile projects more intensively. The CSPO training focuses on the role, the duties and responsibilities of the Product Owner, the collaboration with the team and it deepens modern practices of agile requirements engineering and agile planning.

Like the CSM training, for this training no prior knowledge of Scrum is required, however a brief introductory reading prior taking the class is recommended.
